Welcome to Chalet Ski, an exclusive retreat in Selva Gardena, nestled in the impressive mountains of the Val Gardena Dolomites. The 65 m² chalet has been built by experienced local architects and craftsmen using the latest construction techniques and high-quality materials. It combines traditional craftsmanship with contemporary luxury, creating an atmosphere of peace, tranquillity and relaxation. In winter, thanks to its prime location, you can enjoy ski-in & ski-out with direct access to the famous Saslong World Cup slope in the Dolomiti Superski area. In summer, numerous paths invite to unforgettable walks.

Living in the heart of the Dolomites

Enjoy a relaxing holiday in our exclusive Chalet Ski in Selva Val Gardena. The chalet has two spacious bedrooms, one of which has direct access to the garden. The two stylish bathrooms are equipped with modern showers. The walls are panelled with old local wood, the floors are made of old oak and are warmed by underfloor heating.
The modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals: fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction hob with extractor fan, Nespresso coffee machine and electric kettle.
Your holiday in the Dolomites will be a luxurious and relaxing experience.

Prices

Prices are on request for the chalet per night.
Local tax of €3.70 per person per night is not included and will be charged separately.

Booking/Deposit

A deposit of 30% of the total price must be paid within 10 days of booking. You will then receive a binding confirmation of your booking.
Payment options: Bank transfer, credit card (Visa/Mastercard) or cash (max. €3,000.00).

Cancellation policy

In the event of cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival, we will retain only the deposit paid, otherwise no further cancellation fees will be charged.
Cancellations made between 30 and 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 70% of the total price. Cancellations within the last week before arrival will be charged 90% of the total price, late arrivals or early departures will be charged 100% of the total price. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Check-in is possible from 15:00. Please contact us shortly before your arrival.
On the day of departure, we request that you leave the chalet by 09:30.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted in any part of the chalet. Thank you for your understanding.

We are nature and animal lovers. Please understand that out of consideration for allergy sufferers we cannot accept pets.

Shopping on arrival: we will organise your shopping list and deliver it to your chalet on arrival.

Take some time for yourself and make your stay at Chalet Ski an unforgettable experience. Relax on our sun loungers and enjoy the sweetness of doing nothing. Soak up the sun on the sunbathing lawn and feel completely at ease as you gaze out over the breathtaking mountain panorama. Immerse yourself in the silence and sounds of nature, away from the noise and hustle and bustle of everyday life. Enjoy the soothing warmth of our Finnish outdoor sauna with views of the majestic Dolomites. Taking a sauna promotes physical well-being, provides deep relaxation and lifts the spirits. After your sauna session, cool down in the fresh mountain air.

Afterwards, take a dip in the Jacuzzi and feel the relaxation flow through your body. Especially in winter, soaking in warm water outdoors is a pleasure not to be missed. It is a soothing protection against the cold and refreshes the senses. For romantics, a bath under the twinkling stars, accompanied by a glass of champagne, is the perfect way to round off an eventful day in the mountains. A massage room is also available and on request we can arrange for a masseuse to give you a massage to your liking, whether it be invigorating, relaxing or personalised. Let yourself be pampered and enjoy your time away to the full.

An idyllic retreat surrounded by nature

Chalet Ski is situated in an incomparable position with breathtaking views of the majestic Sassolungo and the idyllic villages of S. Cristina and Ortisei. In winter it is located directly on the Saslong ski run and in summer it is just a few steps away from the hiking and mountain bike trails. It is easy to reach by car from Selva Gardena at any time of the year.
Our location in Val Gardena in the Dolomites is easy to reach from the Brennero motorway (A22). Coming from the north take the motorway Innsbruck-Brennero-Chiusa, coming from the south take the motorway Verona-Bolzano-Chiusa. After the Chiusa/Val Gardena exit, follow the state road in the direction of Val Gardena/Gröden until you reach Selva (about 30 minutes). Just before entering the village, turn right, cross the bridge and follow the road to La Selva until you reach number 109/B, where our chalet is located.

Winter fun on the slopes

In winter, our chalet, situated right on the slopes, offers an unrivalled experience. From the chalet you have direct access to the legendary Saslong run, part of the famous Sellaronda, and the vast Dolomiti Superski ski area, the largest ski carousel in the world. Here you can save time by strapping on your skis at the front door and making your first turns on the perfectly groomed slopes. This special luxury is called ski-in ski-out and makes your winter holiday a real pleasure.

In winter, Val Gardena offers a wide range of activities away from the slopes: cross-country skiing on idyllic trails, speedy toboggan runs or winter walks through the snow-covered landscape. Throughout the year our valley is a centre for cultural, gastronomic and sporting events. Concerts, festivals, ski races and many other events will make your stay unforgettable.
